Empowering ABA Practitioners
We are developing a web-based app that integrates AI to assist those in the behaviour analytic field and collaborators to gather and analyze data and streamline daily processes that often contribute to the high levels of burnout rampant in this field. Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) relies heavily on data for effective intervention, but current methods often lead to endless hours of manual graphing and report writing.
Hour Entries
Our app makes entering, editing, and deleting your fieldwork hours easier than ever. You’ll be able to log details like supervisor, organization, date, time, and hour type (Independent or Supervised, Restricted or Unrestricted). The app also handles time conversion to decimal format automatically.
Supervisor Management
Effortlessly add, edit, and delete supervisors. This feature helps you track who is overseeing your activities for accurate record-keeping and form generation. Please note, adding a supervisor here is for tracking purposes and does not grant them account access.
Organization Management
Whether you work with one or multiple organizations, our app helps you automatically organize your hour entries. You can easily add, edit, and delete organizations, ensuring all your data is categorized correctly for reports.
Fieldwork Type Tracking
Track your hours under both Supervised Fieldwork and Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork. The app helps you monitor monthly requirements, including total hours, supervision percentages, and contact types, ensuring compliance with BACB guidelines.
Personal Profile Management
Your personal hub to update user information, change your password, or modify your login email. All information entered here is securely used to generate your monthly and final verification forms.
Secure Account Access
Securely share your recorded time entries with your supervisors. Authorized supervisors can view your hour entries, track progress, and sign verification forms. Note: Supervisors must have an active account to be granted access.
